I.Why It Exists
One reason. Scale.
Mike, Bo, and DeanO scaled their portfolio and their companies through partnerships with operators who can execute and build. Every partner is independent, with their own experience and their own specialties. Everybody runs in the same direction, but each partner looks at a deal a different way, and that is how the weak deals get caught and the good ones get better.
The Club exists to give other operators access to resources they could not build alone.
